What if I am not satisfied with the course?

We understand that sometimes a course does not fit or work for an individual. If you find yourself in this situation please send us a message within 72 hours of signing up for the course and we will give you a full refund. After 72 hours we are unable to provide any refunds. We strive to exceed your expectations and want you to have a great learning experience.

How long can I access the course for?

Each of the courses gives one year of access. If at the end of one year you have not utilized the course you will have to re-purchase. We believe this will give adequate time to view the content. If you would like additional or longer access, please message us and we can arrange a multi-year subscription.

How do your on-line classes work?

Classes are a combination of video and powerpoint presentations (with voice) that are accessible via phone, table or computer and will be presented in a fashion that supports adult learning. When you sign up, you are purchasing access for a single user and cannot be shared (with exception of family members using the same computer, tablet or phone). We utilize the Thinkific platform and classes are separated into lessons that are easily accessible in an on-demand fashion.
Occasionally, there may be downtime on the platform but this is rare. We do not control this downtime, however, please email us if you have any connectivity issues.
Additionally, we provide supplemental downloadable material that can serve as an additional resource.
There is a fee associated with taking the class. Classes may be purchased through a one-time fee or payments that may be made over time. We may from time to time offer discounts and bundles for purchase. You can also buy a course for a loved one as a
gift or for a group, please reach out to us through info@blueemeraldwellness.com.

How do your live classes work?

Classes will generally be provided at least once a week and topics will vary. Classes are set up to provide live didactic learning for approximately 45 minutes with a group question-answer session. Classes have limited space to maximize learning and allow ample time for Q&A.
Occasionally, there may be downtime on the platform but this is rare. We do not control this downtime, however, please email us if you have any connectivity issues.
If there are downtime issues during a scheduled class, we will give credit for a class scheduled at a later date.
Live classes must be paid for at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class. There are no refunds after the class has started.

What if I have an emergency?
If you are having an emergency, you should call your or your child’s physician or call
911 immediately.

We do not provide emergency or primary care and content on this site should be used as a guide only. Additionally, the information on this site does not replace the care provided by your physician.

Occasionally, we provide navigation and/or consultation, however by visiting this site there should be no implication of a physician-patient relationship. Any physician-patient relationship will be clearly communicated and will be signed in writing by all parties involved.
